June/2012 Syria: Forty five journalists and media activists martyred during the revolution. Twenty four of them in Homs

The outcome of journalists, media activists, and citizens journalists victims of the Syrian revolution increased to 45 martyrs, since March 2011.
24 journalists, citizens journalists, photographers, and media activists were martyred in Homs since the beginning of the revolution.
The outcome of June was the deadliest in this revolution the committee press freedoms in the Syrian Journalists Association documented, the killing of eight journalists in June 2012 four of them in Homs.
1- Khalid al-Bakr, a citizen photographer and media activist, Homs, 10.06.2012.
2- Ahmed Hassan Azhari, a citizen photographer and media activist killed under torture in the Military Intelligence Branch in Damascus, killed on 17.05.2012. His family informed his death, Latakia 11.06.2012.
3- Bassim Barakat Darwish, , a citizen photographer and media activist, Homs, 15.06.2012.
4- Ahmed Hamada, a citizen photographer and media activist, Homs, 16/06/2012.
5- Hamza Mahmoud Othman, a citizen photographer and media activist, Homs 21.06.2012.
6- Rami Ismail Iqbal a citizen photographer and media activist. He arrested on 21.12.2011 died in prison. his death known in June, but death date did not specify.
7- Ghias Khalid Alhmouria, a citizen photographer and media activist, Douma, Damascus suburbs 25/6/2012.
8- Wael Omar Barad, , a citizen photographer and media activist, Idlib, 26/06/2012.
